This classic single-serving dessert starts with a flaky pastry, which is made from a custom flour blend. Tucked inside is a delectable mix of fresh-peeled, locally sourced apples, natural cane sugar and Indonesian cinnamon. Blossoms are then topped with a delicious mixture of pastry crumbs, creamery butter, light brown sugar, rolled oats and more cinnamon. Every dessert ― hand finished, fully baked and frozen fresh – comes individually wrapped for convenience and is the perfect way to end a homecooked Perdue Farms meal!
Desserts are vacuum sealed and flash frozen at the peak of freshness to ensure optimum flavor.
The first apple pies were sold at Chudleigh’s family apple farm in Milton, Ontario, in 1967. Word spread and the bakery side of the business took off. Today, Chudleigh’s numbers 200 dedicated employees who work in a 110,000-square-foot bakery just minutes from the original farm. Times have changed, but the company’s dedication to delicious homemade desserts has not. Only fresh apples, hand cut and peeled daily, go into each batch of pie filling; only Chudleigh’s own custom blend of freshly milled grains, processed days before use, goes into each batch of pastry. Customers can expect only pure, simple ingredients – no preservatives, no unnecessary processes. And because desserts are frozen shortly after they’re baked, they taste just as good as if they were scratch-made in your own kitchen. Learn more at Chudleighs.com
