Served at the finest Italian and French restaurants, this classic seafood dish comes fully cooked and ready to heat and serve in minutes! The recipe starts with tender organic mussels, sustainably grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island. To that we add an authentic butter sauce with just the right amount of garlic – a delicious appetizer for two or, served over linguine, a hearty comfort-food dinner for one.
This product is frozen at the peak of freshness and divided into two 1-pound packages so you can thaw one pack and still have plenty left in the freezer for more delicious dinners!

Dip mussels in broth and sauce for full enjoyment.
Alternative Microwave Instructions: Puncture pouch, place on microwaveable plate and heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Allow to stand 1 minute before transferring to a bowl.
Boil in Bag: In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and submerge pouch in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove bag from pan and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Open bag and transfer mussels to bowl. Dip mussels in broth and sauce for full enjoyment.
