- 1 pound Niman Ranch Uncured Double Smoked Bacon
Step One: Twist bacon tightly into straw shapes.
Step Two: Place twists on a raised baking rack over a sheet pan, and place pan in a cold oven.
Step Three: Set oven temperature to 325 F and cook bacon until rendered and crisp (approximately 25 to 35 minutes).
