Bacon Twists

A hot new breakfast food trend you've got to try!

by Perdue Farms Corporate Chefs | June 2021 | Yield: 2 to 4 Servings

What a fun way to cook and serve up bacon! Twisted strips are quick and easy to make — the perfect option for a Sunday brunch or other special-occasion breakfast.

For best results, use Niman Ranch bacon and place twists in a cold oven, which slowly heats up as strips cook.
