Cook and Prep
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Spray oven-proof skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over high heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet. Lightly sear each side for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Place skillet in oven and cook digital meat thermometer, inserted in thickest portion of chicken breast, measures 165 F.
Turn burners on medium-high heat and preheat to 400 F.
Spray grill grates and both sides of product with non-stick cooking spray to prevent product from sticking and bacon from falling off.
Place product on grill over direct heat and cook for 9 to 12 minutes per side, turning as needed to avoid burning. Keeping the grill lid closed will help cook the product more evenly and crisp the bacon.
Start checking internal temperature of chicken after 18 minutes or so by inserting a digital meat thermometer in the thickest part of chicken breast. When thermometer measures 165 F, transfer chicken to serving dish.
Boneless skinless chicken breast with rib meat, uncured bacon (pork, water, brown sugar, sea salt, cultured celery powder), water, salt, dextrose, brown sugar, carrageenan and natural flavor
