Product Handling
Cook and Prep
- Remove seasoned pork chops from the outer package.
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Remove rosemary sprig. Sear both sides of the chop until light brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to low, partially cover and continue to cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Remove seasoned pork chops from the outer package.
- Heat grill to medium high and prepare grill gates to ensure chops will not stick to surface.
- Remove rosemary sprig and grill pork chops on medium-high indirect heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
