- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- Remove seasoned pork chops from the outer package.
- Heat grill to medium high and prepare grill gates to ensure chops will not stick to surface.
- Remove rosemary sprig and grill pork chops on medium-high indirect heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
