Skillet:
- Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium high.
- Brown chicken 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Season to taste. Grill or broil 3 to 5 inches from heat source for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
