Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook and Prep
Thaw in sealed packaged under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed.
Skillet (From Thawed):
Heat a lightly oiled skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cover for 6 minutes, flip breasts and cook covered for an additional 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F.
Oven (From Thawed):
Preheat oven to 350°F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 18 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F.
Oven (From Frozen):
Preheat oven to 350°F, place chicken breasts on a lightly oiled foil lined pan. Bake for 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 170°F.
Grill (From Frozen):
Spray grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot*. Grill frozen breasts, until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
*If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold you hand for 4 to 6 seconds.
