Product Handling
- Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
- Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
- Cook thoroughly.
- Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook and Prep
Oven
- Preheat oven to 400 F (or 425 F for crispier wings).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange desired number of frozen wings on the baking sheet. Wings should not overlap or touch.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, turning wings over halfway through the cooking cycle.
- Bake until nicely browned and the internal temperature of the wings reaches at least 185 F.
- Do not thaw before cooking.
Grill
- Clean grill grates and then brush or spray with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (400 to 450 F).
- Place frozen wings on the grill and close the lid.
- Turn wings as needed to avoid burning.
- Grill the wings until they are golden brown and reach a minimum 185 F internal temperature near the bone.
- Deep frying not recommended.
